1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MagicClipperPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
MagicClipperPro is an AI-powered video repurposing platform that allows users to upload long-form video content and automatically generate short-form clips optimized for multiple social media platforms. The Service includes video processing, AI caption and hashtag generation, multi-platform dimension export, analytics, and subscription-based features.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. User Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all video content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant MagicClipperPro a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of any clips, captions, or other outputs generated from your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Subscription & Payments
MagicClipperPro offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) Upload content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights; (c) Use the Service to distribute spam or malicious software; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems; (e) Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service; (f) Resell access to the Service without written authorization; (g) Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The captions, hashtags, and content suggestions generated by our AI are provided as-is for your convenience. MagicClipperPro does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated captions and hashtags before posting them to social media platforms. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Service at high availability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicClipperPro and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data within 30 days of termination.
